Negotiation Is Fundamentally a Creative Process

No contract is ever perfect for either side so there have to be areas of omission or you know out and out disagreement. The buyers the buying organizations have become much more sophisticated in the last 30 40 50 years. So much more that they understand the buying process and how it can serve them I think better than the selling organizations who try to force it into some sort of sales process idea which they've held for 50 60 years.
