The Influence of Repeat Purchases on Sales

The book is a hippo killer because it's the highest paid opinion in the room. The funnel makes a lot of sense for that first purchase, but if you're dealing with fast moving consumer goods or products purchased even once a year, the vast, vast majority of all your sales will come from repeat purchases.
