The more you train and race, the less effective youre going to be. You dnol enjoy the racing less because you're too tired. We like to add the ensurance training into our programme whilst we are racing. There are people whom we do coach who, if i let them, would race five times a week. And that's whatth why they ride their bok. Give em a race and they're happy. But at some point you will start to,. a, become very fatigued, because it is very tiring racing.
