Is There Evidence to Say Growth Mindset Improves Skill Building?

The more willing you become to see your inner foibles, the more people will notice them. The goodish mindset has been studied by Carol Joachner colleagues in a whole wide range of domains including bias. We're trying to run some studies on that right now. But I feel very confident and I wrote this book with the confidence that there's every reason to believe that because so much research has been done on fixed mindset versus growth mindset as well.
