How Much Cardamom Do You Use?

I use ground ginger, black peppercorns and cardamom. I like around seven or eight pods of cardamom in my chai. The amount depends on the type of spice you're using - diaspora is five times stronger than an Indian grocery store's version. And then there's a couple different methods on how to brew the spices and the tea. Some people will just put everything in the water, the milk, the spices, the tea, all at once.
