In the idea that you have a thought the thought might be I'm not good enough. There's no point. I've already stuffed up so there's no amaze one not even bother. So we have these thoughts. We have these emotions. Our stories some of them were written on our mental chalkboards when we were five years old and they are about whether we're good enough, whether we belong or if we're creative. This is what psychologically we call fusion.
