What Is the Responsibility of Marketing Us?

Instead of collecting contact information or hitting vanity metrics, we need to focus on how are we getting this information out? What story are we trying to tell how are we telling it to people in a way that they like. And so these are all tactics. People confuse tactics with strategy. The key change is who is responsible for what parts the journey? It doesn't happen very much any more but i kind of like adjustment that happens there.
