Many people are interested in regaining mobility specifically, meaning many people that I work with, they're not yogis. In yoga body land, we refer to this as B-R-O-M basic range of motion. People have experimented with using soy products as a menopause and hormonal management system. However, I don't know anyone using it as a first line of defense because it is quite a complicated thing to control.
