The majority of my clients are not vegetarian or vegan. that i've had to pretty much lean on essential amino acids supplementation in my vegetarian vegan patients especially as they get older in age. Do you have a preference um bcaa's versus just eaas or you choose one over the other? I tend to use more of the branched gene amino acids because again your body only needs nine essentials and  leucine is more essential and required in a higher dose than the other some of the other essential amino acids like lysine do you prefer either way?"
