The Power of Measurement

The idea is if we really want to improve our minds in a systematic way, like anything, science begins with measurement. Currently, there's no good technology that allows us for routine, high quality, low cost measurement. And so trying to build something when you can't really measure it is really hard. We just don't have the data. The most compelling part of Blueprint is we built an algorithm that takes better care of me than I can. It creates significant revulsion in people because they say, oh, my God, if I can choose what I eat and when I eat, I don't know why I'm going to get Alzheimer's or other mental health conditions.
