I think like the there have been over the past few years, the needle or like the dial has shifted. Where my neglect of endurance, because I'm good at that, caught up to me and in some competitions. So we're going to run through the open workouts from that happened six months ago. Every Friday for five weeks, we did all the open workouts. You did seven minutes of burpees? Yep. It's my favorite workout. We did the 10 minute snatch am wrap. And so it's like, yeah, once every Friday just to, you know, put our flag in the sand.
