Teaching Group Projects

As educators, we're going to need to be pretty vulnerable and willing to make mistakes. We just assume they already got it from somewhere else,. If they didn't, they should have. So i would, i would love to have you talk to any of us who assign group projects. What should we be doing to help those learners in those groups?
