In the American mind, there's usually a problem. Everybody doesn't exercise enough or it's painful when i exercise. And really, it is movement. Even as you and i are standing here at our standing desk, the ergonomics of how you are postured, that is a part of your exercise. It translates into, are you becoming weller or less well? Are you more capable? Does this enhance your thinking, your ping, your personality? So if we're not doing anything, we have to go lift and animate object. We can survive with no movement,. No cardio ra, no cardio effort, no muscle resistance, no whatever, because our lives don't require it
