The acidity level that we require to digest uncooked, cold food is much higher. So if you don't have any gut problems, I think raw is all right. Time from here, like, you know, maybe once or twice a week or three times, totally okay. And but if you've got gut problems,. I would be going warm, soft food as part of the repair process.
