How I Boosted Morale Through the Lomor-Al
Lomor-Al: I've always been lucky enough through my formative years to have been taught the genuine need for connection with other people and to really truly listen. And that is that human connection. When somebody holds your hand just a little longer, looks in your eye with a sense of potentially without being dramatic, a little despair. So that's what I saw. What you start with first is really key to the potential success of the turnaround because there's many things to fix.
