Changing Deadlift Variations Can Really Help You
If you're stalled in any lift I think it's a good idea to do these three things one stop doing the lift entirely and move over to other movements maybe that are more explosive. Two change of variations uh as by hand grip foot placement or even how high or low you have it on the ground deficit deadlifts are pretty good but keep finding different ways to go after it. And then number three just go to a traditional easy strength approach five days a week but stay light light light lightlight light kind of like what john mckin used to recommend.
