steve says training fast raises cortisol levels almost like cholesterol sorry cortisol levels which can be catabolic and inhibit fat. When i train in a fasted state i go for a walk, he explains. Sitting is the biggest energy user of your whole body so doing something brilliant is probably going to be better for you than a lot of the other nonsense you do. And finally it's sleepy uh i sleep in a bed because I'm not good at being awake.
