How Do You Periodize the Season?

In general, it's like a, i always work like with a big bas face. And can be longer for one atleast, depending on how long the winter is. It's always minimum eight weeks, i think, also for nearer muscular adaptations. And then sometimes, if the season starts early, we go more into like a a specific not really more like a bilt face. The over all goal is always toi keep on improving overtime.
