How to Sleep Well
Most people don't sleep well because their body has been sedentary most of the day. The best way to get good sleep is to go to bed tired, physically tired. Take your butt and body to the gym and exhaust it. Do squats till you drop. Trust me,. drain your body of all of its energy and you will drop like a rock and sleep like a baby.
