The Commonest Problem I See Is the Ness
If you're a good teacher, you should be able to direct them verbally through the maneuvers. You've got to let them get into a little bit of trouble safely. And then get themselves out of it. The commonest problem I see is people generate an image and go, great, that's great. But then they'll get the local answer for skin assuming that they're using local answer for Skin. So I try to get people to make local answer to the infiltration and active process. Fundamentally you have to have a good image of your target. If you see the needle but not the target, that's unsafe and it will lead to a fail block.
