The Importance of Being in Control of Technology

I think people would greatly underestimate the degree of how effective it is to put yourself in a position where you don't even have to fight that battle. I'm not an advocate for using all these products that they don't do you good. Stop using them. You're actually doing yourself a disservice by propagating this myth that technology is hard-jacking your brain.
