In january of 19 30, this dictator was shit canned by his king. For a brief awkward period, spain lacked any kind of legitimate government. A short succession of strong men held power as the national political elite struggled to cobble together some kind of functional government. Francisco fraco was one of these frustrated men. He 'd been a close student of primo di rivera, and had liked his unofficial title of national boss.
