The Importance of Meeting Your Shadow

Jenna: It's so beautiful to expand what creativity is and we could probably if we haven't already done a whole episode on creativity because as you just said that's a great example motherhood. So really it's expanded across always creative doesn't mean a paintbrush or you know an artist or a writer online it can it's really your essence. The goal now is to have a new relationship with those parts and accepting one a compassionate one where maybe over time we can even sit in celebration of these aspects that make us uniquely the being that each of us are.
