If you're a sport specific endurance athlete, the sealfit programmi might not be optimal for you. Having said that, throwing in one sealfit wad a week and doing it soup to nuts with a team will have another impact on mental toughness. And i thinkthefact, what i found wash some of our athletes, who are tr athletes, also, they're actually improving their times. They're having more fun and and they're experiencing fewer injuries because they're now training functionally. It's not the kind of strength and mass that is going to slow em down, and actually speeds em up.
