Do Not Force Your Body to Do Something That Does Not Feel Right

Do not force your body to do or eat something that does not necessarily feel right. Snacking inhibits lhypolysis, then you're really going to focus on other avenues to use that energy. Don't fast for too long because at some point there's going to be a decrease in the return on investment. Focus will change, Key tones will continue to increase and blood sugar will go up. All these things over prolonged periods of fasting are putting the body on stressers. And i wish i had more time to think about those three. Just turned it out that i have been optimizing my stomach every day since I was six years old. Am  not sure where this habit came from
