Social Listening Tools - What Are They?

Survey research is at least as of right now for many of your clients survey research is the translator, so to speak from qualitative sentiments that people have about a brand and making and translating it into something more standardized. And you also mentioned social listening tools. So can you one tell us what a social listening tool is and why you think some clients maybe hasn't tend to use those.
