How Do You Combat Anxiety?
When you're feeling really anxious, or you're feeling kind of disassociated, i don't know if that's even a word, it is, disassociated. You need to remind yourself of these four things and put your feet back on the ground and and feel grounded again. One something i frequently struggle with is thinking that all of the people in my life hate me. And nd that they secretly do not like me. And that i am being deceived in some way. When i have thoughts and feelings like this, i literally just simply tell myself, okay, well, worse case sinario,. That is true, everybody hates me and i have to find new people to spend time with
