Rituals can be very meditative, bring some peace and balance in your life. Don't do somebody else's ritual that may not be as pleasing unless it is. Write down everything you stress about and apply it to the following question. If your legs were on fire right now, would you be stressed about losing your home? Then ask yourself, why not? The answer is probably going to be pretty obvious.
