I think rest is part of that. I also do believe pretty strongly in the premise that it's not the action that burns you out. It's the thoughts and feelings behind it, because you can be working on something that you love and feel amazing and work 12 hours and not be upset at all. You can spend 90 minutes on something thatyou have terrible thoughts about. And at the end, you're so burnt out, you don't want to do anything else for three days. But yeah, I mean, you and I worked a lot on coming to terms with the fact that I am more of a sprinter.
