Is There a Need for Mindfulness?
mindfulness and these types of techniques are almost going to become required learning at some point. But iam sure there's still a lot of myths that persist in this andact perhaps prevent some people from jumping on board. There is strong support for mindfulness as an intervention for a certain ber of disorders, but we need to be careful in evaluating the research. It will make a difference in some one's life, but we have tobe careful in our expectations. And yo, definetly, obvoussy see a big growth in mindfulness.
