I know there is a vanity aspect to weight, but we spoke about weight being a very big risk factor for cardiovascular disease. So what are you weighing at the moment? When I got to Bali, I was 90, but I've had a bit of a splurge. I think I weighed myself 92.7 or eight. And that was a couple of days ago at the gym. They're cutting out the processed foods, ultra processed foods, so those chocolate bars and whatnot. That's the low hanging fruit in terms of we have clear science. But it's definitely not fruit.
