The Importance of Trust in an Acquisition
Mike Koval: I was able to get to know Adrian on a level that had nothing to do with acquisition. Straight friendship and just industry kind of peer and really developed a trust and respect. And it's hard to have trust in someone that, you know, you meet one day and then 90 days later, you're closing on their business as much as you think you trust them. So for us, we developed one outdoor holdings, which would essentially be the parent company that sits above our different platforms.
