We don't have to get rid of worry in order to do the things that are important to us. So we can do this by facing our fears every day, every day on purpose. And just take reasonable risks. This doesn't mean we have to go skydiving. Maybe that's a reasonable risk. Probably is. I don't know. But start small and gradually work your way up.
