When he joined Morgan Stanley, any financial services firm has this thing called an OBI outside business interest. So if you're working on something outside of the bank, you have to declare it. And so I declared morning brew as an outside business interest and that's how we got started. The way we had it set up until we hired our first writer is college students who were readers of morning brew. They were doing it to build up their resume and get their words in front of thousands of people. Some of the earliest equity we gave were to two editors.
