equity is definitely more expensive cost of capital. It's not seen like that though, it's it to a lot of people. They're like, and you hear things like, are we giving away equity? Well, you're not giving it away. You should be selling it. Don't give equity away. But it's not easy money. And you will, if you are successful, pay for it further down the line. Yeah. I agree with your take.
