The Importance of Balance in Leadership

Leadership is much more about the actions you have to take and the things you have to do than the title that you have. There's a balance that you have to strike in there, which is if you say, Hey, I know I'm in charge, but I'm going to keep doing the exact same things. And resentment is a really destructive and horrible force. It drives all kinds of horrific behaviors from people. God doesn't explain why he didn't kill his brother Abel; He just kills him through pure resentment. You gotta not let this happen.
