The Power of Silence
I love that you have like where you sit in like silence for 10 minutes. I feel like that's probably a really, really powerful way to meditate. And then recently what I'm really trying to do is just do full 10 minutes of silence and just focus on the breathing versus listening to someone else be there. Really just trying to open myself up to the, to the divine, if you could say. It was not only life changing, but just so powerful to keep your mouth shut for 24 hours. So many times did you find yourself wanting to speak? "Like all the time, like same"
