The Feedback Is High, but the Fatigue Is Low as Well

The ideal length of weight between raps changes as you move up in intensity. The feedback is high, but the fatigue so low that it's hard to do a second rap and basically do a triple without feeling fatigued immediately after. As your technique solidifies, doing things like triples as the secondary transition modality should be more abilized. And maybe then you just move along spectrum of bising work capacity all the way to purely technical things.
