I run my agency completely backwards from any traditional agency out there. I use the free version of Trello to manage all design requests for clients. Each client has a line on an air table board with their current requests. And I just pop it open each day and do it. Move on to the next one down the list. Those are the only two tools that I used to run to manage 20 to 30 design clients at a time. What you get out of design for 5K really, there's several factors involved in that.
