Matt: There is a subsection of people who either came into running from a different background or someone who likes to lift weights and then got into running. Matt: It's perfectly fine if especially an amateur is not dedicated in every activity. Every 1% out of their running is okay to love two things, it's okay also to be like yeah I might sacrifice 5-10% of my speed but what I'm giving it up for is a great trade because I also like doing this other thing too.
