Andi recall when i was writing tools of titans i, i decided to take mag's advice and i did loving kindness for literally two or three minutes every night. One of the biggest changes in myd i could call it a mindfulness practice, but way of relating to the world has been actually taking time to show or think on self compassion at a handful of younger ages.
