The goal with a primal endurance as you want to focus on arobic training, and that requires fat. The body up regulates these enzime systems that are involved in taking fat out of storage. It up regulates those enzim systems hat are involved in building more mida condria,. the mita chondria, their own dna. Those mitacontry respond by getting more efficient at burning fat over time. Most people who are doing this type of training don't eat until noon or one o'clock. So they have their first meal at one, and then they have their last meal of the day at seven p m. And start cycle all over again.
