Brad: What people wait as being important in a data set is the common values of what do we think is a practical point of data that is instructive, right? So it does come back a bit to goals. Like what is our outcome? Are we trying to increase EBITDA or are we trying to increased top line? Well, the decisions around those are quite different. Brad: If you don't see an improvement in the HCE number, you know you're adding actually overhead that isn't correlating to improving bottom line performance.
