The Importance of Accepting Failure

I just don't like that mindset where it's celebrated when the game is a success as the whole team did it. But in its failure, it's always just the top guys and believe me, if you guys are longtime listeners, this is a complete reversal to how I fell eight years ago,. Which is looking back, experience a more a balanced outlook on things have helped me finally come to this realization of everybody plays a role into why a game isn't successful. The same amount of percentage of fault is of course different, right? You know, the percentage of fault, it does fall more on to the people making decisions... but everybody contributes to a failure in various ways.
