Intermittent fasting is based on an idea called atopogy. When you put carbohydrates and fats into your belly, your body goes through them at a particular pace. Once it's done, it then moves on to burn straight up fat. So being able to know when to fast becomes a very important deal. We don't want long periods of time for people who don't need to lose weight. Our mesomorths, which are athletic built, may want to lose a bit of weight but not too much. And we're going to bring in the ecto o'clock and move them to a ten hour feed window.
