Processed Foods Are Not Always Unhealthy
Not all process foods are actually unhealthy. I think you'd argue that ready meals can be very helpful for a lot of people. Some of these ultra process foods do have added nutrients. They are easier to swallowthat, like i said, the longer shell fli is important for some as well. So it's definitely, and this is where in nutrition always, there's just so much nuance and context that we have to apply to these conversations.
