The Evolution of Test Teaching
I agree with everything You said and it's a really good point that it is an evolution When I first did a test teach in 2011 for Um, I got hired By a colleague of mine. And then my first day teaching when I was observed I had kind of like the ojt thing I had to teach from the nasm manual. There is a different skill set when you need to engage with new information and teach people who are not like you. But just like you said there's something to be said for staying in your lane.
