How to Create a Framework for Your Life
I'm always trying to, you know me, I'm trying to create a framework for everything. And if it sits outside of that, then either do I want to pull it in and put this as a piece of the puzzle or I'm like, no, this piece does not fit. If your attention is going to something that's distracting you from where you ultimately want to go, you move on. So in this case, vegetables are bad for you. Okay. You don't debate it. Just you kind of, you need to make sure we're moving the ball down the court. We can do that in the spectrum across the health and I know that's what the question was
