Attractors Are Universal, Is It Just a Straight Line?
Hargiv: I think it's a little bit of both, to be honest. It's like when you start to really develop skill at a higher level, it's what attractor streets, more matter, less. And then how can we use fluctuators to help develop whatever set attractor states that we know we're trying to develop? The external focus on the fluctuators is so important because it allows you to self organize. There are certain attractions like field plan from above and hip lock, but that's why it's so important for coaches to look at sports that have similar movements to your sport.
