The Birth of Neuro Athletics
In 2016, I read a study that was done where they took a group of adults and they got them to juggle for 12 weeks. They did MRI scans and showed that they grew the gray matter of their brain over that 12 week period. And so that was the birth of a lot of our drills, which you know, people listening can go and watch on YouTube or on Instagram. Anyone can do them. You just need a set of neuro balls. Or you can just get tennis balls. All you do is just practice throwing the ball to the wall. It sounds so simple, but some of the most beautiful things in life are the simplest things.
